Most orders are shipped within 3 business days via FedEx standard service.  Faster service is also available.  We will make every effort to ship your entire order together.  If for any reason we cannot ship your order within 21 days, we will contact you to explain the reason for the delay and give you the option to cancel. 
Note:  We only ship to locations in the continental United States. We reserve the right to reject any orders and shipments at our discretion.

For purchases made online or from the Marmi Catalog:
We’ll gladly give you a full refund or exchange for any unworn items returned in their original condition within 30 days (shipping fees are not refundable). No questions asked.
